Guardian Angel Calculator
In the Kabbalah, the seventy-two angels of the Shem HaMephorash watch over the year and the hours of the day. Enter your birth date — and, if you know it, your birth time — to meet the three angels who guard your body, your heart, and your mind.
Your Birth Date
Your Birth Time · optional
Add your time of birth to reveal your Intellectual angel. Use the local clock time you were born — no need to convert time zones.
How It Works
Three Angels, Three Layers of the Self
Physical Angel · Incarnation
The 360° of the zodiac are divided into 72 arcs of 5°. Your Physical angel is the one whose arc your birth date falls in — about five days per angel.
Emotional Angel · Heart
Within the year the 72-angel cycle repeats five times, so each Emotional angel governs a single day. It is found by counting the days from the spring equinox.
Intellectual Angel · Mind
The 24-hour day divides into 72 windows of 20 minutes (72 × 20 = 1440). Your Intellectual angel is the one ruling the window of your birth hour.
Guardian angels vs. angel numbers
These are two different systems. Guardian angels are the 72 named angels of the Kabbalah, each tied to a slice of the calendar and clock. Angel numbers are repeating digit sequences — like 111 or 1212 — that you notice in daily life.
Guardian angel attributions follow the Kabbalistic Shem HaMephorash tradition. The calculation runs in your browser. Nothing is sent or stored — unless you choose to save someone to your account.
